    We accept returns on any qualifying unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Item must be returned in its original condition. For assistance with any opened product that has been tried or tested, please contact customer service at hello@simple.comwithin 30 days with your feedback. For items purchased as a gift, please contact hello@simple.com. For purchases during gift-with-purchase promotion periods, all sales are final. Please note we are unable to apply a promotion retroactively.
